CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Food is very good but the waitstaff is awful. We have eaten here many, many times over the years and each time we ask ourselves why we keep coming back. Sadly, we will not be returning to Pegasus ever again. Its unfortunate, because we love to support local Castle Rock businesses. The management is very nice but the waitresses we had today were aloof and rude. We waited 20 minutes for drinks. They never checked on us or refilled water or coffee once (the manager had to do it!!). They brought me the completely wrong order and when I politely told the waitress, she just turned around and walked off. Then she brought out the "correct" plate of food but still without the additional things I added. Again, when I mentioned it, she had a major attitude and just walked off. Management of course apologized and comped my plate of food, which I appreciate, but the experience was bad enough that we wont be returning. We will continue to frequent the other local breakfast joint down the road instead where the service and food is always A+.

I had tuna melt w/ salad. It was good. Wife had fish and chips which was good. Waitstaff was good and very friendly. Breakfast and lunch only; kitchen closes at 2.

Friendly atmosphere, good food. Service was a little slow during the lunch rush, but not too bad. Great little Castle Rock treasure

Service was slow but it was Sunday brunch rush. Half my food was cold and had rotten potatoes in my hash browns. They took everything back and reheated the pancakes so then they were chewy like reheated frozen ones from the grocery store and the potatoes were still cold and still had the rotten parts. Was so looking forward to celebrating our anniversary with a kid less brunch but left hungry and disappointed. Bacon was great though and my husband enjoyed his enchiladas.

One of our favorite places in Castle Rock. Great food and very friendly staff. A true local gem and a wonderful place to visit!
